Talentium opens up its AI Hiring System to everyone
After a year of rapid growth working with enterprise and scale-up teams across the globe, Talentium is now opening up its platform to everyone for the first time. Starting today, companies can sign up directly and access Talentium through a self-serve experience.
In just a few days following the launch, Talentium says it has already grown its customer base 4x and onboarded hundreds of new companies onto the platform. The company is now expanding globally with the ambition to reach 10 000 company customers this year.
"We believe hiring technology became too complex and lost sight of the people it was supposed to help," said Sebastian Hjärne, Founder & CEO of Talentium.
"Talentium was built to bring the human side of hiring back, while still using AI to remove the repetitive and time-consuming work."
From recruitment software to an AI Hiring System
While many traditional recruitment platforms are adding AI features on top of legacy systems, Talentium has built its platform AI-native from the ground up.
The platform helps teams work across the entire hiring journey in one flow — from discovering new talent and screening inbound applicants to engaging existing networks and running more personalized hiring processes.
The company describes its vision as building an "AI Hiring System" rather than another ATS or sourcing tool.
"Our belief is that AI should not replace human judgment in hiring," said Hjärne.
"It should create more time for it."
Opening up after strong early traction
Since launch, Talentium has expanded across multiple markets and customer segments, working with companies ranging from high-growth startups to larger enterprise organizations.
This change comes at a time when the hiring industry is undergoing major change driven by AI, changing workforce expectations, and increasing pressure on companies to hire both faster and better.
At the same time, Talentium argues that many hiring processes remain fundamentally broken.
"Too many hiring systems are still built around filtering people out," said Hjärne.

Self-serve access now live
With today's launch, companies can now sign up directly through Talentium's website and access the platform without going through a traditional sales process.
To mark the launch, Talentium is opening a limited number of free Starter seats during launch week.
The company says this is the beginning of a broader shift toward making advanced AI hiring infrastructure accessible to significantly more companies globally.
